Description
A brass, chrome-plated faucet diverter that screws onto a male-threaded kitchen faucet spout (55/64″) and feeds water to your countertop RO system via a 1/4″ compression outlet. The standard diverter included with all MyWaterClub Legacy countertop RO systems.
What it does
This diverter replaces the aerator on your kitchen faucet and redirects water flow to your countertop reverse osmosis system or water filter via a 1/4″ OD compression fitting. A smooth-turn handle switches between normal tap flow (diverter closed) and system feed (diverter open).
Built from corrosion-resistant brass with a chrome finish — more durable and longer-lasting than plastic diverters. It threads onto any kitchen faucet spout with a 55/64″ male thread (the most common US kitchen faucet thread). Installation takes about 30 seconds: unscrew your aerator, screw this on, hand-tighten, and connect tubing.
Standard adapter for Legacy countertop RO
This is the diverter that ships with every MyWaterClub Legacy countertop RO system. If you need a replacement or spare, this is the exact same part. It uses a 1/4″ compression outlet that connects directly to the 1/4″ OD tubing in Legacy systems.

How to check if your faucet fits
Unscrew the aerator at the tip of your faucet spout. If the threads are on the outside of the spout (male threads), this diverter fits. If the threads are on the inside (female/recessed), you need a different adapter. The 55/64″ size is the standard on most US kitchen faucets — but grab a tape measure if you’re not sure.

Good to know before you buy
- Check your faucet first. Unscrew the aerator — if the threads are on the outside of the spout (male), this diverter fits. Inside (female/recessed) = wrong adapter.
- Hand-tighten only. Over-tightening can damage the faucet finish or the diverter threads.
- Keep your original aerator — you’ll want it if you move or remove the system.
- Not for pull-down, pull-out, spray, or sensor faucets. These don’t have a removable threaded aerator.
- Compression outlet: push the 1/4″ tubing into the compression fitting and tighten the nut. If the connection drips, snug the nut a quarter-turn — don’t over-tighten.
