What it does

This inline ball valve installs between two sections of 1/4″ OD tubing and lets you shut off or restore water flow with a quarter-turn of the handle. It’s the quick, clean way to isolate a filter, membrane, or accessory for service without disconnecting tubing or shutting off the main supply.

Both ends are push-to-connect (quick-connect) — cut the tubing square, push it in, and the connection is done. No thread, no tape, no tools. The straight-through design keeps the flow path open and minimizes restriction when the valve is open.

• Cut tubing square (90°) before pushing it into each quick-connect port. A clean, straight cut prevents leaks.
• Push tubing fully in until it seats. Give each tube a gentle tug to confirm it’s held before pressurizing.
• Make sure the handle is accessible after installation — you’ll need to reach it during service.
• Handle position: in line with the valve body = open (flow); perpendicular = closed (shut off).
• Check all connections for leaks before putting the system into service.
