Description
Connect your countertop RO system to virtually any water source — kitchen faucets, bathroom faucets, garden hose outlets, shower connections, and more.
What it is
Not every faucet has the same thread. These connection adapters bridge the gap between your faucet’s aerator thread (or water outlet) and the diverter valve that feeds your countertop RO system. Pick the one that matches your faucet, screw it on by hand, and you’re connected.
Nine options cover the most common kitchen and bathroom faucets, plus garden hose outlets, handheld shower connections, and pull-down/sprayer faucets. Not sure which one you need? Use the table below.

How to identify your faucet thread
- Unscrew the aerator from your faucet tip (turn counterclockwise). If it won’t unscrew, you may have a built-in or recessed aerator — try the no-thread adapter or contact us.
- Look at the exposed threads. Are they on the outside of the spout (male thread) or inside (female thread)?
- Measure the diameter. Kitchen faucets are usually 15/16″ (most common) or 3/4″. Bathroom faucets are usually 13/16″.
- Still not sure? Take a photo of your faucet tip (with the aerator removed) and send it to us — we’ll tell you which adapter you need.
Good to know before you buy
- Adapters connect to the diverter valve that comes with your countertop RO system. The adapter screws onto your faucet; the diverter connects the adapter to the RO system’s tubing.
- Pulldown/sprayer faucets: the 3-piece set fits approximately 60–75% of pull-down and sprayer designs. Compatibility depends on faucet brand and internal hose design — not all pulldowns are compatible.
- No-thread adapter: this is a friction-fit solution for faucets without any threads. It works but is less secure than a threaded connection — use it as a last resort.
- Always verify your faucet thread type and size before ordering. Male vs. female and 13/16″ vs. 15/16″ are the two most common mix-ups.
- Garden adapter (FT-GARDEN-QC14) connects directly to 1/4″ OD tubing via quick-connect — it bypasses the standard diverter valve.
