Description

Two stages of whole-house filtration in clear/translucent housings so you can see when it’s time to change filters — and it ships with a spare cartridge set so you’re covered for your first replacement.
What it does
This 2-stage system installs on your main water line and treats every tap in the home from a single point. Water passes through two cartridges in sequence:
Stage 1 — Sediment. A sediment cartridge reduces dirt, rust, silt, and sand, protecting your plumbing and fixtures and clearing the water before it reaches the carbon stage.
Stage 2 — Coconut Carbon Block. A coconut-shell carbon block reduces chlorine, along with the tastes and odors it causes, and many common VOCs — for water that’s noticeably fresher to drink, cook, and shower with.
The system uses standard clear/translucent whole-house housings and 3/4″ NPT ports that match common main-line plumbing, and runs at typical household pressure (20–80 PSI). The clear sumps let you see the cartridge condition at a glance, so you know exactly when a change is due. One cartridge set comes preinstalled, and a second complete set is included so your first replacement is already on hand.

Good to know before you buy
- This is a filtration system, not a water softener — it does not remove hardness minerals or scale.
- Standard carbon block reduces chlorine but not chloramine. If your city uses chloramine, choose a catalytic carbon Stage 2.
- Best installed on the main cold-water line after the meter/pressure regulator, with shutoffs before and after for easy servicing.
- Filter life depends on your water quality and household usage — heavier sediment or use means more frequent changes.
- Install the clear housings out of direct sunlight to prevent algae growth in the sumps and to extend housing life.
