Bought on Amazon

Bought on MyWaterClub.com
CRO5AT-100 or CRO5AT-150
All of these models use the same replacement filters. The number 75, 100 or 150 is your RO membrane size in gallons per day (GPD). Your model and membrane size are marked on the sticker under your unit.
Replacement filters
Your system needs new filters every 12 months and a new RO membrane every 24 months. Filter life varies with your water quality and how much water you use.
Every 12 months
Annual filter set
4 filters: sediment, T28 carbon, T33 post-carbon and the alkaline filter. The RO membrane is not included.
Every 24 months
Complete set with RO membrane
The same 4 filters plus a new RO membrane. Choose the membrane size your system uses now. On MyWaterClub.com the set is available with a 100 or 150 GPD membrane.
Which set do I need this time?
Year 1: annual filter set. Year 2: complete set with membrane. Then repeat. The date you wrote on the sticker under your unit shows when the filters were last changed.
How to replace the filters and the membrane
The filter guide shows all 27 steps with photos. Plan for 35 to 50 minutes. The membrane guide is a separate, shorter guide.
- You need the new filters, pliers and paper towels. For the membrane you also need a membrane wrench.
- A collet tool makes the tubing easier to release. It is recommended but not required.
- Before you start, take photos of your system from both sides, so that the flow arrows on the filter labels are visible.
- After the change, check for leaks and flush the system for 20 to 30 minutes before drinking the water.
- Not sure it is assembled correctly? Text photos of your system to (858) 345-7345 and we will check them.
