What it does

• Always make a clean, straight 90° cut. An angled or ragged cut is the most common cause of leaks in push-fit connections. This tool makes straight cuts easy.
• Blade is stainless steel — stays sharp, but avoid cutting wire, metal, or hard materials that will dull or chip the edge.
• The collet release end presses the collet ring evenly — use it before pulling tubing out of any quick-connect fitting.
• If the fitting has a C-clip locking ring, remove the clip first, then use the release end.
